Big Maverick Marketing was established in 2003 as one of TNI the Network Inc.’s newest affiliate agencies.  TNI fosters a unique business model in allowing individually owned locations to brand themselves. Owner, Al LaChance began working with another TNI affiliate back in 2003 in Calgary and quickly stood out as a talented, driven Professional Fundraising Representative with strong leadership qualities.

Al LaChance is a hardworking, fast-talking, joke-cracking force of nature who combines relentless hustle with a personality that lights up any room. A true Maverick in every sense, Al doesn’t just chase success; he rewrites the rules on how to achieve it—while keeping everyone around him motivated, entertained, and ready to conquer the next challenge.

The Management team of Big Maverick Marketing Inc. prides itself on promoting a fun, professional, laid-back work environment with plenty of opportunity to grow professionally and personally along the way. Big Maverick Marketing is located in the Kelowna Events Centre at 2041 Harvey Avenue, on the 3rd floor. Our office isn’t just a workplace – it’s a launchpad for fundraising leaders. This space is designed for collaboration, motivation, and results.

Owner

A versatile and driven professional, Al LaChance brings a wealth of experience in customer service, sales, management, and business management, blending creativity with strategic thinking to deliver impactful results. He opened Big Maverick Marketing Inc. in August of 2003.  He has since developed strong strategies for success, which have guided Big Maverick to surpass the 32 million dollar sales mark. Known for his smile, sense of humor, leadership, innovation, and problem-solving, Al has built a reputation for excellence in managing a successful agency.

With a in sales, management and bilingualism, Al has contributed to many client achievements working throughout North America, including Quebec.  Whether leading teams or working alongside head office staff, he thrives on challenges and is committed to continuous growth and collaboration.Beyond his professional pursuits, Al is passionate about personal development, health, aiding others in reaching their goals, and enjoying spending time with his family. His dynamic approach and dedication make him a respected figure in his field.
